Along with working with Brother Cane, Johnson also does lots of collaborative work. Damon Johnson’s career with Alice Cooper’s band consists of two terms. He first joined this band in 2004, and he left it in 2006. Alice Cooper featured him in the live concert “Theatre of Death-Live at Hammersmith.” He left Alice Cooper in 2011 and joined “Thin Lizzy” band.

Career with Thin Lizzy

After leaving Alice Cooper, Johnson joined Thin Lizzy in 2011 at the request of Scott Graham. After joining the band, Johnson toured with it until early 2013. Johnson worked with this band alongside drummer Brian Downey and Keyboardist Darren Wharton.

In the last month of 2012, Johnson established a new band named Black Star Riders.
